FAQs — straight answers.

What buyers ask before they engage
Is Musketeers a reseller or a consultancy?
Neither in the usual sense. Musketeers is the coordination and accountability layer across independent specialist practices. It does not carry a generic delivery bench that it needs to sell.
Who are the member firms?
Current publicly credited members include Rosebud Cloud Solutions, Asceris, CyberOne and TMW Resilience. Additional specialist identities are shared when the engagement requires them.
Do we contract with Musketeers or each specialist?
You choose: one Musketeers contract for the whole programme or direct contracts with the participating practices. The coordination model remains visible either way.
Who manages the programme?
Musketeers can lead it, your own project manager can lead it, or the member firms' PMs can. The essential requirement is one agreed plan and reporting line.
Can we start with a single capability?
Yes. The point is not to force six suppliers into every engagement; it is to make all six available and bring in only the capabilities the evidence requires.
What happens in the first conversation?
A senior specialist helps establish the actual problem and whether an assessment or immediate specialist route is appropriate. It is not a generic sales qualification call.
