About Musketeers · the people, the vision and the members

Specialist cyber capability, made to work as one.

Musketeers is the independent coordination layer between a client's business problem and the specialist firms capable of solving it — one programme, one reporting line and no generic bench to sell.

01 · Why Jalil built Musketeers

The founder.

Jalil built Musketeers because the gaps between suppliers still belonged to the client.

After two decades working across financial services, telecoms, energy and government estates, Jalil Neghza saw the same structural problem repeat: excellent specialists could each deliver their own part, while the client was left to select them, reconcile their advice and manage the dependencies between them.

He created Musketeers so the problem — not one provider's payroll — chooses the expertise. The name describes the operating model: the client, the specialists and Musketeers' coordination layer work as one team, from the first question to evidenced closure.

The best security outcomes come from collaboration, not competition.

02 · A company built around the missing coordination layer

Why Musketeers exists.

Musketeers does not replace specialist expertise. It makes that expertise easier to select, combine and hold accountable.

The problem

Specialist capability is fragmented.

Buyers are left choosing, coordinating and verifying multiple providers — often without the time or specialist depth to referee competing claims.

Our mission

Assemble the right team and run it as one.

Assess the real risk, bring in senior specialists only where evidence calls for them, and hold every workstream to one accountable plan.

Our vision

Protection without single-vendor blind spots.

Every organisation should access genuine specialist depth without inheriting a consultancy's bench — or becoming its own unpaid programme manager.

03 · Independent specialists selected for depth, judgement and collaboration

Musketeer Members.

Each member remains a specialist in its own field. Together, the current members give Musketeers access to cloud engineering, incident response, managed security, offensive testing, governance, AI risk and resilience. Every accreditation is verifiable at source.
